One of my “go to” products! Especially around cold/flu season!! This product has also helped my mother while recovering from Guillain-Barré syndrome! Definitely another MUST if you’re health-conscious!

I am not able to take the regular vitamins. They never dissolve and I usually see them twice. This is easy to swallow and dissolve. It has a pleasant taste and gives me the nutrients I need for the day. I take it in the morning with my breakfast.
